Full Service Options
Full Service Event

For a Full Service event (2-hour service time), we handle all of the set up, serve your guests great BBQ that has been cooked in our Hickory Pits at our restaurant and delivered to your event in special food carriers. The food is then transferred to chafers on the buffet line for serving. Simply make your selections you would like for your party and we will call you to confirm and discuss the quantities you will need for your size event. Let us take care of everything so you can be a guest and enjoy your own party. 50 PERSON MINIMUM GRATUITY IS ADDED TO ALL EVENTS
- Includes staff. Paper and plastic goods, ice, and drinks can be added.
- 2-hour "All You Can Eat"
- 50-Person Minimum
- A 15% Gratuity will be added to parties of 100 or more
- Extra Serving Hour: $1.00 per person
Mobile Pit Event

Our specialty is our Mobile Pit Event. You get everything that is included with a full service event but in addition we will bring a Real Wood Hickory Smoker on-site to your event. Our fleet of Mobile Pits are modeled after the great competition BBQ rigs on the world famous Memphis BBQ circuit. Your guests will think they're at a World BBQ competition and enjoying BBQ from the World Champ. Your guests will be served right from our Mobile Pit for an experience they will remember for years to come. 75 PERSON MINIMUM GRATUITY IS ADDED TO ALL EVENTS
